为什么这个会在条?我不是在美国上学吗?美国不应该是标准美音嘛?美国不应该全是高科技教学了吗?Too !白人老师很多是欧洲各国来的，北欧东欧英国各地老师口音各不相同。不过这些说的英语基本还是属于稍微努力一听就能听懂的阶段。西语系老师和印度老师的发音很大一部分取决于他本人的英语修养。如果英语口语比较好，你大概也能听个大概。如果他英语不好，就专注记笔记好了。日本英语?那是个bug。简单的l、 n 、e 、r四音不分，基本已经完爆刚来美国的你了，更不用提重音乱放和抑扬顿挫的声调了。各国老师也分为高科技类型和老学究类型的，高科技老师会用slides讲课，有的还会把slides直接给你。老学究老师有的板书写的字迹清晰条理分明，这也是很好的情况。毕竟听不懂还可以读和记。最惨的就是重口音老师写狂草，我只想说请看tips。
Solutions:
1)靠前坐。这个方法是极其有效的。老师讲的不清楚如果你还离的远，那就完蛋了。靠前坐的时候，老师口音比较重，你如果竖着耳朵听的话，也还是能大概听出个所以然来。而且对于这个口音的适应会越来越好，一开始可能会比较烦，到后面会越听越顺，甚至产生出这就是标准英语发音的幻觉。靠前坐也会让你更集中精神，并且容易记好笔记。
2)老师会有off hour，这段时间学生可以去找老师问问题，这是一个很好的了解老师口音并且补充上笔记不全的时间。美国大学和国内不一样的地方就是你需要去找老师，老师不会来找你。所以一定要适应主动去找老师寻求帮助这样一个方式。
3)找TA问问题, TA的off hour一般不会像老师那么挤，一般的学术问题他也可以帮你解决。而且TA大多数是正统美国白人，没有口音。和他们交流一般比较容易听懂。
Tips:
1)直接换课。学什么都是循序渐进的好，一上来就挑战oss不是纯粹找虐么。一般学校里的课会在春秋两季都有开设并且是不同的老师教学，基础课还会在同一学期开设多个session。但是这个不一定百分百可行的。学长曾经就有一门必修课的老师重口音写狂草，满分100班级平均分30。这时候就只能硬着头皮上了。不过一般这种课不会是freshman的课。所以在前两个学期务必打好英语听力基础啊!
2)在外校修网课转学分。这个方法很适用于基础课，因为这些课别的学校都有开设。但是你不需要去上课，只需要读书做作业和。不过这样就没法锻炼自己的英语水平了。
2阅读能力欠缺+写作像小学生
Problems:
各位学弟学妹在国内一定是学富五车才高八斗。看起来一目十行，写起文章来行云流水。在国内如果看书作业是50页，可能你觉得像开玩笑一样，一两个小时就搞定了。一翻开英语课本发现看五十页简直就是对生理和心里极限的双重挑战。各种似乎认识又不是很确定的单词一个接一个，各种从句套从句也是搞不清逻辑关系。往往是一段读完了，好像是明白讲了些什么，又不能像读中文一样确切的理解一段的意思。写作就更是如梗在喉。中文写作各种技巧花样层出不穷，这里设置一个悬念Every coin has two sides. What’s more, they may feel very lonely.，那边来一段插叙。可一翻译成英语就傻眼了。各种语法翻译不出来，词汇不贴切。写完后老师给批语也是各种语法错误，思路不清晰外加跑题。按照美国老师的要求写出来的又像小学生作文，没有修辞，没有格调。
Solutions:
2)多看英语文章。不知道各位学弟学妹有没有和我一样看文章的习惯。我猜大多数应该是有的，因为各类高逼格，小清新的文章在好友圈里被转了十万八千遍。然而这些类似的文章都有英文版本啊，比如如何用IPhone照出像单反一样的照片。再比如各类旅游游记。这些可都是有英文版的啊!当你熟练的翻看这些文章的时候，你的英语阅读水平就可以轻松的支撑你阅读你的课本了。一举两得，既提高了逼格又练习了英语。完美。
3)多看英语。英语的属于科技文和文学的结合。一方面注重事实数据的列举(科技文)，另一方面也要注意读者的兴趣(文学)。有名的报刊写手大部分都是有深厚文学功底的，看这些一方面了解了实事，另一方面也扩充了自己的写作句库词库。
Tips：
1)在due之前找老师修改。这个不一定可行，因为有的老师会同意，有的老师不会同意。但是只要是老师帮你改过的，你就可以完全按老师的改，而且起码得分会有B以上，否则老师不成自己打自己的脸了嘛。
2)学校里一般都有免费帮忙改文章的组织活动。找人帮忙修改可以直观的了解在表达同样一句话的时候，美国人的思维和写作是什么样的，和自己的思维写作有什么区别。当然如果免费的排不上号，也可以找收费的修改文书。这个完全不丢人的，因为重要的文书美国人也是会找专业的修改文书修改的。
